Featuring a piano bar, contemporary art & an open kitchen, MASCK, the creation of chef/owner Kevin Nierman, is located in River North's new Millennium Centre. Featuring New American cuisine, MASCK offers such items like sesame-crusted seared ahi on flatbread with wasabi cream, & fire-roasted halibut with potato cake & guajillo chili sauce. Delicious desserts include mini-donuts with hot fudge dipping sauce. Meals are finished with a complimentary plate of warm chocolate chip cookies.- April 2005
