Carlos’ offers food that is consistently creative and exciting despite changing the menu on a regular basis. Also in keeping with similar restaurants of this caliber, dégustation dinners are now a part of the overall consideration. Service is as outstanding as the extensive wine list. We give applause to Carlos’ for keeping the civil in civilized dining- March 2005
