Trio’s main goal in terms of atmosphere is casual dining and it succeeds in producing a very relaxed and laid-back ambience. However, the food is anything, but relaxed; the menu is full of innovative and delicious choices. Although the wait staff’s demeanours add to the casual attitude of the restaurant, they are very professional and you’ll have no complaints.- October 2004
