The Ritz-Carlton in Chicago has had a long standing record of success under Chefs Sarah Stenger and George Bumbaris. Since they left to start a new venture, new executive Chef Kevin Hickey has picked up right where they left off and is continuing to deliver the level of quality one would expect at the Ritz-Carlton. The traditional French cuisine has a brilliant contemporary flavour and the accommodations are divine.- October 2004
